REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview
Due to the nature of coaching services, limited session availability, and structured development programs, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy.
This policy applies to:

Grassroots coaching programs
-
Elite mentorship programs
-
1:1 sessions (online and in-person)
-
Subscription memberships
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds for:

Change of mind
-
Change in personal circumstances
-
Scheduling conflicts
-
Relocation
-
Lack of participation
-
Dissatisfaction due to lack of effort or performance outcomes
Please ensure you are ready to commit before enrolling.
3. 1:1 Session Policy (No-Show & Late Cancellation)
All 1:1 sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
If a rider:

Fails to attend a booked session
-
Cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice
The session will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.
This applies to both in-person and online coaching sessions.
4. Subscription Model
All coaching memberships operate on a subscription basis.
Minimum Commitment
All subscriptions have a minimum 6-month term.
By enrolling, you agree to:

Remain enrolled for at least 6 months

Pay all scheduled subscription payments during this period
Early cancellation does not cancel the financial obligation for the remainder of the minimum term.
5. Cancellation Notice Requirement
To cancel a subscription:

A minimum of 1 month’s written notice is required
-
Notice must be submitted via email to [Insert Email Address]
The 1-month notice period begins from the date written notice is received.
Subscription payments will continue during the notice period.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
6. Elite Mentorship Tier
For Elite Mentorship clients:

Access includes priority coaching support and allocated session capacity.

Because capacity is limited, refunds are not provided once enrolled.

Minimum 6-month commitment applies in full.
Elite positions are reserved and cannot be resold mid-cycle.
7. Injury & Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of serious injury preventing participation, we may at our discretion:

Offer a temporary pause
-
Provide alternative programming
Medical documentation may be required.
Refunds will not automatically be granted.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:

Coaching access may be suspended immediately
-
Outstanding balances remain payable
-
Accounts may be referred to recovery services if unpaid
9. Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to remedies if services are not provided with due care and skill or are not delivered as described.
Nothing in this policy excludes those rights.
